Amazonite and Smoky Quartz. Pinstripe Pocket, Smoky Hawk Mine, Florissant, Teller County, Colorado.

$2,000

75mm x 35mm x 45mm

A very aesthetic Amazonite and Smoky, the blocky Microcline crystals are reminiscent of modern architecture. This specimen is repaired once which is 100% acceptable due to the violent nature of the pegmatites in the Pike’s Peak batholith. Nearly all of these specimens are repaired multiple times. White caps on the Amazonite only add to the great contrast exuded in this piece.
